The Octagon Theatre

The Octagon Academy is the place to sing, dance and act with the emphasis on fun and enjoyment. With many classes to choose from for all ages and abilities. So if you love to sing, were born to dance or want to get fit The Octagon Academy has something for you!

Classes run term-time with some classes continuing through the school holidays. Participants in our classes perform regularly both at The Octagon Theatre and Westlands Entertainment Venue.

In line with the Government's announcement that Somerset will be transitioning into tier four restrictions,  we have suspended all Octagon Academy Classes for the time-being. We hope to resume in-person classes as soon as restrictions ease.

Monday

Octagon Tappers (Group A)

Time: 4:30 – 5:30pm            Age Group: 16+ years                         Price: £5 per week

If you love singing, then why not join our choir! Make new friends and generally have fun. Tiny Dancers - Online

Tiny Dancers have teamed up with the Octagon Theatre to deliver our live online Toddler Dance Class. Join in with Katey & Luna dancing to some of our favourites songs from Peppa Pig, Hey Duggee, Frozen, Nursery Rhymes and more! For toddlers (rough age is walking - 4 years old) and parents. You will need a scarf, ribbon or piece of material to waft around and a teddy or cuddly toy.
