Mini & Me is a movement class designed for new parents and their little ones aged 0-3.

A safe and fun way to get moving together, either with baby in a carrier, or as they get older, they can move alongside you and copy the steps! A supportive class, with upbeat music and a great excuse to get out of the house and have some quality time with your Mini Me.

Mum's attending with babies must have received their all clear 6 week check from the GP before booking class. Please note, babies are worn in carriers at the parent/guardian’s own risk. Maximum of 2 children per paying adult and your children are your own responsibility. Own toys are allowed but brought along at your own risk.

Age Group: 0–3-year-olds with an adult
