Where available concession rate tickets are available to children, full-time students, senior citizens (those in receipt of state pension) and those who are registered disabled. Please note these may vary dependant on show. Discounts and special offers may be limited or subject to availability and are at the discretion of the Box Office Supervisor. Unless otherwise stated, concessions and discounts cannot be combined or used in conjunction with other offers.
Children and young people aged 14 years and under must be seated next to an accompanying adult.
Where available, and unless otherwise stated, party rates are only available on bookings with a minimum of 10 tickets. Group rates are only available when booking all of the tickets together.
When booking 10 seats or more for any performance, tickets can be reserved under a group booking with payment due one month after the date of booking.
Schools can follow a similar booking process for relevant performances.
Customers booking online are able to choose their seats.
If this will be the first time you have used the on-line booking system, we recommend you set up your account before proceeding to buy tickets or choose seats. We will send a confirmation of your password to your email address and you will then be able to book your seats.
As a general rule we do not allow single seats to be left unoccupied when you are booking online. It is hard for us to fill lots of single seats, as most bookings are made for two or more people; and so our website will not let you leave an empty seat between booked seats or at the end of a row. If you receive this warning, please look elsewhere in the auditorium for your seats, or call the box office for further assistance.

If considered to be the case, a ticket will be issued free of charge with the understanding that parents sit near an aisle and be prepared to remove themselves from the auditorium if their baby becomes unsettled. The Octagon Theatre is a family friendly venue and we are happy to assist parents wherever possible, but must also consider our other patrons enjoyment of the theatre and ensure they are not disrupted during performances.
Babes in Arms tickets for all performances permit under 2's to sit on the lap of a parent. If a parent wishes to have a separate seat for their baby they must purchase a ticket accordingly.
