G's Dance: Heels Core Technique

For those dying to roll, twist, turn and drop in those heels BUT are potentially a bit nervous this is the class for YOU. Just as unique, supportive, and sassy as the Wednesday class, Core Technique is slower paced and all about building those foundations to get you ready for that next “step”.

Places are limited and we do not accept reservations, so arriving on the day may result in disappointment. Booking in advance also helps our workshop leaders to prepare your session and plan for any additional access needs you may have ahead of time.
