Lights, Camera, Action!

Calling all budding movie stars, dancers and icons! If you are always dancing along to songs from your favourite movies then join us this summer. Learn new routines, make new friends and have a blast doing it as you spend an action-packed week working with Somerset Youth Dance Company to put together and perform in A Night at the Movies on stage at The Octagon Theatre.

Throughout the week you will take part in a range of workshops learning various dance styles including Jazz, Street Dance, Contemporary, Tap and Latin, and choreograph routines to music from musicals like West Side Story, Disney hits like Encanto, and classics such as Star Wars and La La Land. Taught by the SYDC team of professional dancers and experienced teachers, join us for this fun week of dance designed to suit children of all levels and abilities.

All participants receive 2 tickets to the final Friday performance.
Additional tickets can be purchased for £6 from 12 noon on Monday 22nd August.
